Crispy French fries (Vegan & Gluten-free)

Fresh, hand-cut potatoes, prepared the traditional way and gently fried in olive oil.

Πατάτες ξυλόφουρνου (Vegan και Gluten free)

Fresh, locally sourced potatoes, hand-cut in the traditional way and baked in a wood-fired oven with tomato, olive oil, and fresh oregano.

Dakos (Vegan if cheese is served separately)

A true Cretan classic! Barley rusk topped with finely chopped tomato, feta cheese, olives, extra virgin olive oil, oregano, and capers.

Ντακάκια (Vegan)

Traditional round barley rusks topped with anthotyro cheese, fresh tomato, olives, capers, and extra virgin olive oil.

Stuffed zucchini flowers*

Delicate zucchini blossoms filled with a blend of Cretan cheeses and fresh mint.

“Katsóchoiri” style saganaki

Handcrafted low-fat goat cheese, served with cherry tomato jam and honey.

Traditional “boubouristi” snails*

Locally sourced snails, carefully handpicked individually. Lightly pan-cooked with salt and finished with fresh olive oil and a touch of vinegar.

Dolmadakia (Vegan)

Handmade dolmadakia, freshly prepared and served with yogurt.

Traditional cabbage rolls*

Handmade, freshly prepared cabbage rolls filled with rice and minced meat, served with a delicate avgolemono sauce.

Fava (Vegan & Gluten-free)

Traditional Cretan fava made from yellow split peas, slow-cooked with onion and capers, and served with fresh spring onion and extra virgin olive oil.

Seasonal grilled vegetables (Vegan & Gluten-free)

A selection of grilled oyster mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, and red pepper, cooked over charcoal from our wood-fired oven.
Served with a light lemon and olive oil dressing.

Απάκι (Gluten free)

Grilled smoked pork fillet with Graviera shavings, pomegranate, arugula, and grape molasses.

Cretan sausage

Artisanal sausage from local Cretan producers, made with whole cuts of meat and a delicate vinegar note.
Accompanied by caramelized onions and dried or fresh fig pieces.

Grilled beef liver

Slow-cooked beef liver with sweet wine and balsamic vinegar, served with a creamy avocado and cheese sauce.

Chargrilled lamb liver

Lamb liver from our own produce, simply grilled with a touch of salt.

Traditional meatballs

Handmade, freshly prepared meatballs, gently pan-fried over low heat.
Served with rich tomato sauce, anthotyro cheese with thyme, and freshly grilled handmade pita.
